In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out.
It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being.
We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

To all of my wonderful readers, thank you, thank you, thank you! It has been a very interesting week for me. I started off the week writing about figuring out where you want to go and getting on the road to your goals. I then discussed recovery and how to walk down a different street in your life. I felt like I was doing well, writing about topics that interested me, and I was receiving some great feedback. But, man, was I shocked when I posted unlock 10 ways to be more open! Everyone was so supportive of my post and of me opening up. It was amazing. I received so many comments and emails and tweets -- encouraging, kind, supportive words from all sorts of different people. It was amazing and wonderful to be so accepted and to feel so supportive. And I couldn't have done it without you, loyal readers. I've done my best to respond to all of your comments and to let you know how much I truly appreciate your support, but, as I was contemplating what to write about today, I thought about all of you and I realized that I needed to do something bigger than individual responses. I need to give a big ol' shout out -- write an entire post! -- dedicated to my awesome, excellent, amazing, wonderful, brilliant readers who not only support me, but also inspire me to keep writing, to keep opening up, to keep being me. So, as you read this list of reasons why you are great, I hope you recognize how meaningful you are in the (small but, to me, significant) world of Positively Present. You are great. You are appreciated. You are AWESOME.
Reasons I Love Readers:
- They stop by often with comments and awesome insights.
- They make me think, bringing up new ideas related to my posts.
- They tell me when I'm wrong or when I've made a mistake.
- They bring me to tears, make me laugh, and cause unexpected smiles.
- They read my posts, even when they are ridiculously long.
- They come back again and again, encouraging me to keep putting myself out there.
- They teach me new things through their own blogs or comments.
- They give me a reason to keep writing, the thing I love to do most, every single day.
For those of you who are wondering who my readers are, take a look to your left and look under the "Wonderful Websites" heading. All of my readers aren't listed on there and no necessarily all of those writers read my blog, but quite a few of them do. They have wonderful sites and you should definitely visit those you haven't yet.
I'd like to give a few extra special shout-outs to those who have mentioned Positively Present recently. I really appreciate your support and it means so much to me that you love the posts enough to put them on your own blog. Thank you so much to...

Also, thank you so much to those of you on Twitter who have been tweeting about an re-tweeting my posts. You are all great!
So, readers, now I hope you have an idea of how much I appreciate you. This blog wouldn't be the same without you and I cannot thank you enough for your continued support and encouragement. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you so much for choosing the positive, and for encouraging us all to this very big reality of life: Every aspect of life and Universe has many positivities and beauties, whether in reality, whether in appearence or whether in results. Why concentrate in the rare negativities; focus on the near full positives. That's what makes your blog boost, your work worth to focus and what makes your value appearent.
Thanks very much to you indeed, Dani!

Big Recovery - You're welcome! I'm glad I can bring a little bit of positivity to the world through by blog. It's not always easy for me to be positive -- in fact, my sister JUST said to me, after I said something sarcastic, "That's not very positive of you!" -- but I'm trying the best I can and I think it's really helping to write the blog. I'm just so glad others enjoy it too!
Chania Girl - You're welcome! :) I'm so glad you enjoyed reading the post and that I bring joy to people. That makes me HAPPY! Yay! :)

Ahhh, see? Most of us can identify with how difficult it is to be open...all the doubts. But, oh the blessings when find when we do "unlock" ourselves. Kudos, Dani!

I know you wrote this yesterday, but I'm reading it on Monday, which according to Deepak Chopra's 7 Spiritual Laws of Success is the day to focus on the law of giving and receiving. And this is such a wonderful expression of that law!
Thanks for the shout out Danni, I'm looking forward to checking out the other blogs you've listed.

PP, you're always so inspiring. You encourage us and remind us about the beauty of life, and we all know that it's because you've been there too! Your blogs are one of my favorites, because I'm always uplifted when I read them. Thank you. :)

Sarah - I'm so glad you enjoy my blog posts so much. That makes me very, very happy to know that people are relating to what I'm writing. I just realized this the other day -- one of my main goals in life has always been to write something that others could really relate to and get something out of. I'd always thought this would come in the form of a novel, but I think I'm actually achieving my goal right now. It feels great! And it feels so good to know that I have wonderful, supportive readers like you. :)

Thank you, Dani! I'm thrilled to see that you're finding so much positive reinforcement in the blogosphere. And thank you for reminding me, with each post you write, to be positive and present - two things I struggle with every day. As always, thanks for the inspiration!
