Nice post, very practical stuff Justin. Very balanced approach too, I like that you talk about rest and listening to your body. Great stuff.

Dan - Thanks for your comment on Justin's post. I agree with you when you say that he offers some very practical, yet balanced advice. Thanks for stopping by!

Justin, those are such good ideas, a really well thought out plan of attack to fight off laziness or demotivation. I love how they go in order as well: get clear about your reasons, create your visions, get some help, get evidence on why you can do it, and finally, take a step back.

I think I especially need to work on #5, sometimes I get caught up in my goals to the point where it actually hinders their accomplishment. Great advice, Justin.

Andrew - Thanks for stopping by and reading Justin's post. I agree that the order is great. It really sets a good foundation for motivation.

Thanks for the post Justin..and thanks Dani for the introduction. I agree w/ others...great layout and steps. Good timing too (that's a theme with this site for me I see - lol). Here's to putting things into action!! =)

Dan and Andrew..Number 5 is sometimes the toughest to practice, it's very easy to just want to go go go, but if we don't let ourselves recharges that is the quickest way to burning out and breaking down..

Dani... A special thanks to you for letting me guest post on your awesome blog, you totally ROCK!!!

Justin - You're welcome! It was great to have you here. Thanks for writing such a great, insightful article! :)
