Change can be challenging, and most of us are going through a lot of it right now. A while back, I created a series on TikTok called "The ABCs of Self-Care," and I decided to put the illustration into a little downloadable, digital book for you.
By request, I've created two versions: one with each letter on a page and one with all of the illustrations on a single page (perfect for hanging on your wall, saving paper, or cutting into a little card deck!). Feel free to download and share them with those who might need a pick-me-up.
I hope this alphabet will spark some ideas for how to practice self-care during difficult times. If you want to learn more about the meaning behind each letter, check out the videos on TikTok.
I hope that these downloads will help in some small way. You can print them out, choose one each day, and try your best to incorporate it into your life. Or, you can simply save them on your phone (or other device) and check them for ideas when you feel like you’re in need of of some self-care.
