Things are pretty rough right now, and many people are at home. (Please stay home if you can. If you can't, thank you for the work you're doing. You are appreciated more than you know!) I decided to pull together some resources for you to download if you're at home and are looking for some activities to keep you uplifted and inspired.
Download The ABCs of Self Care (28 pages)
Download The ABCs of Self-Care (One Page)
Download Quarantine Coloring Pages
(for more info on each page's meaning, read 15 Reminders for Keeping Calm During a Pandemic)
Download Illustrated Inspiration Coloring Book
Download Grow Through It BookmarksDownload the Everyday Optimism Worksheets
(these were created for use with these two books, but you might still find them useful if you don't have Everyday Optimism or The Positively Present Guide to Life -- though you can still order them online if you want the full experience!)
I hope that these downloads will help in some small way. You can print them out, choose one each day, and try your best to incorporate it into your life. Or, you can simply save them on your phone (or other device) and check them for ideas when you feel like you’re in need of of some self-care.
And, as always, I'll be posting daily on Instagram, so be sure to follow along there for inspiration and insights on how to stay optimistic and mindful.
If you’d like to support what I’m doing, please consider purchasing a print in my shop, pre-ordering my book, or signing up to be a patron on Patreon.
Stay safe. Stay well.
